Current Legislation

As the only national patient advocacy group that fights for the rights of women and men who are struggling to build their families, RESOLVE is on the front lines – in our nation’s capital and in state capitals across the country.

Whether it’s a federal law that impacts wounded veterans or a tax credit that makes adoption more affordable, Congress needs to hear from the family building community. Even more legislation is created at the state level, and that’s why RESOLVE monitors legislation in all 50 states and relies on advocates to reach out to their state legislators.
Check out the federal and state legislation below to see what’s happening in Washington, D.C. and in the state where you live that may help or hurt the family building community.
