How to Apply

Doane Academy uses the Standard Application Online (SAO). To begin your application, click here. The priority deadline for fall 2024 entry is February 1st. Families that apply by our deadline will receive an admission decision by March 10th.

We can receive applications on a rolling basis after the priority deadline, space permitting.

PreK - 5th Grade

Step 1: Complete the inquiry form

Complete the inquiry form so we can learn more about your child and send you information about the school and application process.

Step 2: Schedule your classroom visit and assessment

Students applying to PreK - 5th grade complete a classroom visit and assessment as part of the application process. Students will visit with their current grade and complete an assessment with a member of the admission team. Parents and caregivers will also receive a campus tour.

Students applying to PreK and Kindergarten grade will visit from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm.

Students applying to 1st - 5th grade will visit from 8:30 am - 3:10 pm.

We accept the Standard Application Online (SAO). Once you create an SAO account, please designate Doane Academy as a recipient of the application. The online application consists of:

6th - 12th Grade

Step 2: Schedule your interview

Students applying to 6th - 12th grade complete an interview with a member of the admission team as part of the application process. As part of the inteview appointment, you will also receive a tour of campus.
