SDHC Partnership Developments

The San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) partners with developers to build new affordable rental housing units and rehabilitate existing properties to preserve affordable housing.

These rental housing units generally remain affordable for at least 55 years for households earning a given percentage of the San Diego Area Median Income (AMI), depending on the development.
